Join us for extraordinary workshop to learn
Yamuna Body Rolling, a self-massage and fitness system that will
dramatically improve your body awareness, breathing, and self-healing.
We will move systematically through the body, using 6-10 inch balls and Feetsavers and Wakers, releasing muscular tension, improving blood flow, increasing range-of-motion and flexibility and easing discomfort.
You will learn how to treat specific areas of the body by using the balls and your breath to move through long-held tension and relieve pain.
The sequences are not random movements and stretches; rather, they follow the body's own logic, moving from a muscle's origin point to its insertion, while stimulating soft tissue and bone along the way.
If you want to learn how to calm and sooth tense muscles, to get stronger and longer core muscles, to open areas of constriction, to have stronger feet, to find more space throughout your body, to relieve chronically strained muscles, and to tune in more deeply to your breath, then you'll love learning Body Rolling.
Ashtanga/Vinyasa is a yoga teacher and bodyworker. She found her yoga practice, experience of breath, and connection with body/mind/spirit transformed by her study of Body Rolling.

Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby’s development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways to enhance bonding and improve baby’s sleep.
During a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms, get support, and learn about baby's emerging personality. Most of the yoga we do in Itsy Bitsy Yoga is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself.
No yoga is experience required. Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga was created by Helen Garabedian, an Infant Developmental Movement Educator, yoga teacher, and mother. Classes are taught by Colleen Small, a trained & certified Itsy Bitsy Yoga Facilitator.
