Our diet affects our hormones, emotions and health.
Many of the conditions women are experiencing these days and are accepting as normal should not be. Mood swings, PMS, fibroids, cysts, difficulty to conceive and even cancer – all of these problems have a direct correlation with our diet and lifestyle and many of these issues can be lessened, relieved and even eliminated through positive dietary and lifestyle changes.

STEP stands for SYSTEMATIC TRAINING FOR EFFECTIVE PARENTING. Parenting in our current society can be challenging. The STEP Program provides parents with concrete tools for making their parenting skills more effective. The concepts are based upon psychologist Alfred Adler’s work.
Basic Adlerian Concepts:
Children are social beings
A child's behavior is goal oriented
A child's primary goal is to belong and feel significant
A misbehaving child is a discouraged child
Social interest or responsibility, a desire to contribute
A child is equal in value to adults
Mistakes are opportunities to learn
Make sure the message of love gets through

We have forgotten women’s traditions in caring for ourselves during and after childbirth. It is time to relearn them. When we know how to take good care during pregnancy and immediately afterwards then issues like post partum depression in mothers, colic and other issues with babies are dramatically reduced and the year immediately after the baby is born is a year of joy and blessing, as it should be.
