Types of Services
Pilates Reformer, Strength Training, Core Conditioning, and Golf Conditioning
1-on-1, Tandem, or Small Group
Strength Training – A personalized strength training program, that is effective and efficient, will be designed taking into account your goals and restrictions.
Core Conditioning – This training will strengthen your core from the inside out, allow you to move better in daily living and athletic activities, alleviate back pain and improve posture.
Golf Conditioning – This program is for golfers who would like to play more effective, consistent, pain-free golf. You will learn exercises that will help you create more torque, balance, power, strength, and stamina.
Pilates Reformer Training – Strengthen your Core even more effectively and efficiently on the Reformer - a piece of Pilates equipment that allows for movement, resistance, and a wide range of body positions and exercises. You will work your muscles more deeply and in ways you never have before!
Perhaps the most well known piece of Pilates equipment is the Reformer .With its sophisticated system of springs, straps and pulleys, more than 100 exercises can be performed on this versatile apparatus.
The Pilates Reformer helps you establish torso stability and postural alignment while increasing range of motion, flexibility, and strength. The effects go deep, and you'll engage muscles you never knew you had.It makes for an effective, no-impact stretching and strengthening workout that is friendly to your joints.
The Pilates Reformer gives you resistance and assistance making your muscles work in a way they never have before and is excellent for all needs and levels.
Combo Training – Your session also can be split into a combination of Strength Training and Reformer training, getting the best of both!
Getting Started
The first step is to schedule a Complimentary Initial Consultation to review medical history, discuss current and past fitness experience and perhaps set some short-term and long-term fitness goals. A personalized program will then be designed for you taking all of this into consideration. Each session is one hour long. Sessions can be purchased as a single session or a package.
